Thank you for choosing GrassfedGlatt.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our customers and our ability to deliver a premium kosher product with care and consistency.
1.Final Pricing & Weight Adjustments
Prices listed on our website are estimates based on product weight. Final charges are adjusted after your order is weighed and prepared. If your order weighs more than estimated, you will be charged the difference. If your order weighs less, you will be refunded the difference. You will be notified of any adjustment prior to or at the time of fulfillment.
2.Minimum Order Requirements
All orders require a minimum order value to qualify for delivery. Free delivery is available to NJ Core Zone addresses (Lakewood, Toms River, Deal, and surrounding areas) with a $499.99 minimum. Extended zone delivery (Brooklyn, NYC, Teaneck, Monsey, and surrounding areas) requires a $1,199 minimum and is also free. Orders that do not meet the applicable minimum will not be accepted or fulfilled.
3.Perishable Product Policy
Grassfed Glatt products are perishable food items prepared specifically for each customer's order. Products must be properly received, refrigerated, or frozen immediately upon delivery. Grassfed Glatt LLC is not responsible for quality issues resulting from improper handling or storage, missed deliveries, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or failure to receive or store the product promptly upon arrival.
4.Shipping & Delivery
Our kosher meats are shipped frozen in insulated packaging with appropriate cold-pack materials. Shipping method and delivery options may vary based on destination. Grassfed Glatt LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been tendered to a carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive and immediately store your order upon delivery.
5.Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at the time of order, being available to receive scheduled deliveries, and properly refrigerating or freezing products immediately upon arrival. Grassfed Glatt LLC is not liable for order issues arising from inaccurate customer information, missed deliveries, or failure to store products appropriately.
6.No Returns & All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of food products after delivery or pickup. Any concerns involving incorrect items, damaged packaging, or product quality issues must be reported promptly and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Grassfed Glatt LLC.
7.Order Cancellations
All orders are final the moment payment is submitted. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed under any circumstances. Because our products are cut, packed, and prepared specifically for each individual order immediately upon confirmation, no cancellations will be accepted at any stage after submission. No credits or refunds will be issued for any reason except at the sole discretion of Grassfed Glatt LLC.
8.Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Grassfed Glatt LLC first and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any order issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment processor. Unauthorized disputes or fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection efforts and any remedies available under applicable law.
9.Processing Fees
Orders may be subject to a processing fee at the discretion of Grassfed Glatt LLC. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to or at the time of fulfillment.
10.Limitation of Liability
Grassfed Glatt LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from product handling after delivery or pickup, allergic reactions or dietary issues, or shipping carrier delays or negligence. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.
11.Informational Disclaimer

12.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.
