Thank you for choosing GrassfedGlatt.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1.Final Pricing & Weight Adjustments
Prices are estimates based on product weight. Final charges will be adjusted after your order is weighed. If your order weighs more than estimated, you will be charged the difference. If your order weighs less, you will be refunded the difference.
2.Shipping & Perishable Products
Our kosher meats are shipped frozen with dry ice in insulated packaging. Due to the nature of these products: Shipping carriers do not insure perishable items. Once shipped, all risk of loss or spoilage transfers to the customer. We recommend overnight or next-day delivery for all orders outside the NYC/East Coast area. Please ensure someone is available to receive and immediately refrigerate or freeze your order upon delivery.
3.No Returns, No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds under any circumstances except as required by applicable law, including but not limited to: shipping delays or errors, spoiled or damaged products after delivery, customer unavailability at delivery, or missed pickup appointments or pickup windows.
4.Order Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. Cancellations will not be accepted after an order has been confirmed. No credits or refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.
5.Minimum Order Requirement
Delivery orders must meet the following minimums: $399 for Lakewood & Deal, NJ (free local delivery); $999 for NYC, Brooklyn, and Teaneck (UPS Ground with insulated kit and dry ice). Orders below these amounts will not be accepted or fulfilled.
6.Restocking & Processing Fees
All orders may be subject to a $25 restocking and/or processing fee at the sole discretion of Grassfed Glatt LLC. Restocking fees apply to cancellations or refunds approved on a case-by-case basis only.
7.Refunds & Chargebacks
Purchases made through GrassfedGlatt.com constitute knowing and written consent that all charges will be accepted. Customers forfeit their right to any form of credit or debit card chargeback related to their purchase, except as required by law. Any refunds or cancellations will only be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the company.
8.Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for: providing accurate shipping and contact information, selecting appropriate shipping and pickup methods, promptly storing products upon receipt to maintain quality and safety, and ensuring availability during scheduled pickup or delivery windows.
9.Medical & Informational Disclaimer
Information provided on our website is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Grassfed Glatt LLC and affiliates disclaim any liability related to the use or misuse of information or products.
10.Limitation of Liability
Grassfed Glatt LLC and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries related to: product handling after delivery or pickup, allergic reactions or dietary issues, or shipping carrier negligence. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
11.Communication & Confirmation
Grassfed Glatt LLC will make reasonable attempts to contact customers regarding order status and pickup confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to respond promptly and attend pickups within scheduled windows.
12.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.

14.Binding Agreement, Waiver of Claims & Chargeback Protection
By placing an order through GrassfedGlatt.com, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Grassfed Glatt LLC. You expressly acknowledge and agree that: you have read, understood, and irrevocably accept all terms and conditions outlined on this site; all sales are final and no refunds, returns, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted except as explicitly approved in writing by Grassfed Glatt LLC; you waive any right to dispute charges with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor related to purchases made through our site — any attempted chargebacks may result in collection efforts including but not limited to legal action, and you agree to be responsible for all associated costs and fees; Grassfed Glatt LLC, as a limited liability company, shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your purchase, including but not limited to missed pickups, shipping issues, product handling, or personal circumstances; this agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Grassfed Glatt LLC regarding your purchase and supersedes all prior communications or agreements; your purchase is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, or dietary restrictions related to the product. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
